 * NOTE: Miyazaki teams with Monster trucks are no longer valid in TX3, when loading these teams saved from previous versions you will recieve a warning and the monster trucks will be converted to Bikes (first in list).
 * Teams saved in v3.0 are not backwards compatible with previous versions of the team builder

 * Moved page to new web host.  Note because the url has changed the page will not be able to see any of your saved teams, you have 2 choices to fix this.
   1) Continue to use it off-line by saving the webpage on your machine in the old location File->Save Page As... (or something similar depending on browser)
   2) Use it in it's new on-line location by 
      1) Opening up the old version and using "Export Team Collection" to save the team collection file
	  2) Opening up the new location (http://lukerazor.dx.am/GTB/GTB_inline.html) and importing the file with "Import Team Collection"
	  
   NOTE: The page still does not store any information on the server so if you are accessing it from multiple browsers/machines you will continue to need to manage the team files yourself (ie Import/Export)

Tips for traitors. FF doesn't like "display: grid" when printing, I added an @media print css rule to revert to "display: block"
